Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our onsite team in Lahore. This role involves leading the technical implementation of projects, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring high standards of software quality and architecture. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of complex full-stack applications from architecture to deployment.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Implement AI integrations and automation workflows in production systems.
• Establish and maintain coding standards and development best practices.
• Ensure applications are optimized for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Oversee technical documentation and maintain version control practices.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
